I just got the BB 9700. And i think there are a lot of problems with my phone. for some reason Maps application is not there and wont get installed. My email that i setup dosnt have an icon for it. And when i try to install App world it says that my model is not support.

I would reinstall the device software. The only prob is I don't think there is an update yet so you are going to have to do it the hard way rather than just hit the wireless update button. I have the same phone and I have 0 probs with mine. I'm sure your carrier will walk you through it..
