BB to iPhone

Hi all -

I heard that iPhone/BB users will have an app coming down the road that will enable users of both devices to speak to eachother and interact like BBM users can. I still think we BB users are better off as it does not dig into additional data for awesome transfer of files etc.. but has anyone else heard of this?

Also - why is it that BB users can not run apps with just wifi?!

Iphone users can - is this possible? Maybe I am doing something wrong? I'd love to use the Facebook app without using data - just wifi..possible??
