So, did the unthinkable, OMG and my phone now says it's wiping and now scrubbing, pretty sure that's not a GOOD thing. I am directionally challenged with my Garmin, so you can imagine how I am with the BB. Anyway, is there anyway, remotely that what I had is backed up in any way, or am I thinking that the worst has happened and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING has been lost? Help, I'm just about ready to cry......

Had you backed up your information at all to your computer? If by some chance you did wipe your entire device you maybe able to bring some of your old phones information back to the device if you still have that device.
