Since attatching some normal 3.5 mm jack headphones to my blackberry to listen to some music i am unable to answer calls. Even though the earphones are now removed when trying to hear a call it flashes between them being in and not being in so I cant call a hear or make a call, Please help someone as I am desperate to get this sorted!

You could also try running music player, re-inserting headphones, then take them out. Also while in music player, select menu and check speakerphone is activated.

Quick fix would be using your speaker.
Try rebooting or inserting in the headphones once again and wiggle them or something.
You might have to head over to your carrier to have a looksee
