Route tracking

Hi
I had an iphone, lost it, long story, and it had an app to track my route and upload it to say facebook where people could then look at where i have been in google maps, i could also add a picture at various points and they could see them.

Is there something very similar on the Blackberry, im going for a 1300 mile ride and want to upload my route everyday for family and friends to view.
