cant get onto the net with phone
i have put in all the info my phone provider has given me and still it wont work i at least can now get gmail and teh google map just cant get onto things like facebook or the music even to get the applications from here. thought id ask here before i get hubby to ring phone componey on monday.
Ring your carrier, who you have your phone sim with, and make sure they have put you on a blackberry data plan, not an ordinary data plan. They should do it free too.
I had the same problem until they switched me to the blackberry data plan
Can I suggest you contact your carrier...and make sure everything is set up for your data plan. My guess it's not set up for your phone..
oh realy ? how do i do that? all i have done is got it and put my phone componies sim card in it. and all the details they have for putting in the sections it needs. im dumb about technology but good when it works lol.
You have signed up for the blackberry data plan as it wont work on an ordinary plan, also it can take 24 hours for it to be registered fully
forgot to say i just got a blackberry storm 9500 says series 5 or something lol can you tell im not very tech minded lol
