I use the Defender for my 8530 and love it. It is the most expensive one at $49.99 and is kinda chunky, but I'm not afraid to drop it. It protects very well and comes with a belt clip if you can't fit it in your pocket.

I use an Otterbox Impact case for day to day use and it is excellent, if a little chunky- if I have a business meeting I just take BB out of case. I also use a 2600 series Otterbox if I am sailing and it's level of protection is awesome - well worth the money.

Have a look online there are some good deals flying around- just make sure you buy the genuine thing, not a cheap copy!
