HELP:
My BlueAnt headset no longer responds when I tap the button.
I've had this BlueAnt headset since Nov. '09. Now it only works when I press the BB Tour buttons.
BlueAnt support wants me to remove the phone battery while the BB Tour is still on.
What harm will this do? Will I lose any info. / data / etc...?

Removing the battery should not result in any issues. if the issue still exists after the battery pull you may want to try re-pairing the with the headset as shown here:
